Need help tracing a coin back to SBC Auction Catalog #45

Need some help, please-

I'm looking for access to Swiss Bank Auction Catalog from September, 1998 "100 Classic Crowns" collection was part of the sale. It looks like they were typically running two sets of auctions a year during that period, so I think the catalog is likely #45, since the January auctions were #44.

I've not been able to find this digitized in the Newman portal or for sale thru any of the typical venues. And I actually am not looking to purchase at this point, just some pictures and details to research a particular lot.

Anybody have a copy?
