1971 D Roosevelt possible "strike-through with attached wire"
Hello, new here.
Recently found this dime and noticed some shiny lines in it. Thought they could be scratches but on closer inspection, they look like wires that weave in and out of the surface like a serpent.
Is this unique in anyway?
I look forward to your thoughts!

Damaged after it left the mint
As you are new here, I'll explain this as PMD. Post Mint Damage. Spend it.
Damaged most certainly
I guess I'm curious because it seems the "wire" moves in and out of the surface. it's not a scratch mark.
I'm not looking to retire on it but I have a few coins with these in them. Not sure how it can be PMD?
Scratched. We all have coins like that.

They're scratches, the raised areas you see is the metal that was displaced by the scratch. Whenever there is a scratch or gouge there is a corresponding raise area.
scratches
Damaged, as with your other dime if you don't know how to identify something looking is not going to help. And the use of high magnification only makes it worse.

When you scratch a coin, it raises metal like furrows in a field.
