2025 Topps Heritage HIGH Throwbacks SSP- are they all chrome-ish?

I am a Cardinals team set collector and have been looking for a 2025 Topps Heritage High Michael Mcgreevy throwback variation. I have noticed that every throwback variation I see looks like a Chrome card. Is there not a regular cardboard version?

Even though my collection is very extensive, I try to draw lines and limit it when I can. This may be the case here. I do not include Heritage Chrome in my collection, even though I do collect regular flagship Topps Chrome and basic refractors. There again, I don't go after every color of the rainbow.... Just the basic refractor.

Can someone confirm if all throwbacks from the Heritage High series are Chrome-ish? They don't say "Chrome" on them, but they do have a Chrome finish and actually look like a refractor. It just doesn't match the regular set if that is the case. I have not seen a single throwback that is cardboard. Please confirm.
