Looks like a pretty good scam; many bad Morgans for sale. I tried to make contact about the 1878-CC listing but pretty much got nowhere.

I sent “la” an image and description of what is wrong (wrong reverse for the date/ mm) but I am not “expert” enough to make a difference.

No response from Harbor, I did find there are 3 different entities shown under 1 roof when I searched.

Looks like a new article brewing…

If they are Somali I'm leaving.
The names posted in the OP seem Chinese in origin. That would make more sense given the flood of modern counterfeits coming from China.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
LiveAuctioneers is a web hosting site for live and timed auctions. Very similar to Hibid, Proxibid, K-Bid, .... They host local auction companies from around the world involving hundreds/thousands of lots daily. Some of these local auctionhouses are shady but most are legit. The local auctionhouses may or may not know they are selling fakes. If you get no where with Harbor Auction, notify LiveAuctioneers so they can remove them from their platform.
He did. They didn't.

Exactly.
Sounds like a new way to get the fakes sold. The legit platform lends an air of credibility to the distributors of the fakes.
I bought this coin recently (last NOV) through live auctioneers.com and have it in hand. It was through a mynt auction and I had no problems with either platform. I must say, it’s a beauty….. The correspondence through both live auctioneers and mynt was excellent in my opinion…but like everything now a days, there’s a lot of shady folks out there so be careful! I also stick to the certified coins that are able to be verified. JMHO. Cheers, karl
Some salesman was going around selling these to (trying to) here locally and is jo longer doing it. One can't be none to careful, just saying
