Looks like a small lamination. No extra value.

Possibly a rim burr. Still no extra value even if so.

Thank you all. I thought it was either lamination or possibly planchet: loss before strike... (?)

Absolutely positively not any sort of loss before the strike. If you're interested in errors, it would be an excellent idea to make sure you can explain why not.
