Anyone else getting spammed by Vintage Breaks?

I have sent multiple unsubscribe requests to Sam@vintagebreaks.com to unsubscribe me from these emails, but they keep coming over and over again. Is this happening to anyone else? I suspect that my email address was harvested from PSA.
