Can someone please help identify these coins?

I recently came across these two coins. I have researched as well as I possibly can but I'm not 100% confident that I have identified them correctly.

I believe what I have are as follows:
Constantius II AE3 “Speared Horseman”
and
France Jacques Delorraine Dennier (AD1239-60)

I'm hoping someone here can confirm what I've found OR if I'm wrong, correctly identify them for me.

In addition, could you please also provide any additional information you feel may be helpful and lastly let me know what (if any) value each of them may hold?

I sincerely appreciate the help!
J.W.

Top one is Constantius II, Fel Temp Reparatio (fallen horseman), Siscia, ASISZ. If it is 18-19mm it is RIC 352 https://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.sis.352 but if it is under 18mm it is RIC 361 https://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.sis.361

Ok you can just search for Ocre (the American Numismatic Society database) online and search for Constantius II Siscia 352 and 361.

The name is fallen horsemen rather than speared horseman, but it doesn't matter as collectors of these will know what you mean.

It is as you said, a Jacob of Lorraine denier from Metz (Boudeau 1629) https://en.numista.com/83870

Is there a difference between the designations of "speared horseman" and "fallen horseman" or are they used interchangeably?

The usual description of the reverse design in the catalogues is "soldier spearing fallen horseman", so both "fallen horseman" and "speared horseman" can convey which type is being described. They are also known as "FEL TEMP REPARATIO" types, due to the Latin legend inscribed around the reverse design (which roughly translates to "Happy days are here again").

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.
    Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius, "Meditations"

Apparently I have been awarded the DPOTD twice. B)

I don't think anyone calls it speared horseman, though. 'Fallen horseman' is the shorthand for these coins. A search for ""Speared horseman" coin" gets 68 results on Google vs 30,700 for ""Fallen horseman" coin".

That's true about FEL TEMP, although there are a lot of different FEL TEMP REPARATIO types - phoenix on globe/rock, emperor holding standard, Victory inscribing shield, soldier leading person from hut, emperor galloping at barbarians.
