Is this a radial die crack?

    Yes, the one to the leaf is a die crack, and it is roughly "radial".
    Radial means in the direction from the center of a circle to the edge, like the radius of a circle.
    You also have a die crack along the top of the date, which is curved and roughly equidistant from the edge. I call those a "circular" die crack.
