1839 Seated Quarter Attribution

Hello All,
To me this appears to be Briggs - Obverse 4 with a tilted 9, Reverse C very long claws, eagle has tongue.
Greysheet app breaks out reverse of 38 vs reverse of 39. The claws don’t look correct to be a 38 and Coin facts doesn’t break it down for reverse type pictures.

Can anyone shed additional light on this?

Thanks!!

I'm not sure about attribution but love the nice shape its in. I'd say vg10 or so as well 🤔

    I agree it has 1839 Reverse C.
The claws match the Briggs 1839 Rev C plate better than the 1838 Rev B plate.
If you don't have the Briggs plates, I can post them.

Briggs shows 2 1838 reverses. - A with Open Claws and B with Closed Claws.
So I am not sure why PCGS designates a "Reverse of 1838" when there are 2 reverses of 1838.

I am less sure about the obverse.
