Are these error coins , oil spots , I bought 22 sets years ago, in sets 5-15 these oil slicks showed up , then go away, 3 years later 5 more sets , they were fine , the Kennedy on the obverse , the Lowell Qtr on the reverse, which I thought was odd . Thanks for any feedback Dano

I was thinking of grading a few sets, and selling a few sets, not sure what too title the as , coins are Beutufull all PR70
to confirm, you're saying the discoloration is coming and going?
oh, even if not spotted neither are worth grading
No the discoloration has stayed the same on some and grew a little on others
Just normal toning

Toning, it happens. You can slow it down by not keeping it in a sealed container.
