Looking for opinions....

I have finally decided to sell off my childhood cards of the early '60s and get them in the hands of collectors who will appreciate them. I am looking for opinions of experts here on possible grades and what they think would be the best way to sell them. I have added pictures of some of the better cards, most are off center, some light wear and soft corners. The backs are centered pretty much the same as the fronts.
I will probably get the Rose rookie graded, but am wondering if it would be worth grading the others. If considering the average grades would be 4 or 5 (maybe?), where would you put the cutoff value? $50, $100 or more? Or would you sell the rest raw?
Thank you for your time and opinions -
Take care!

Sorry the pictures loaded sideways - I'm not sure how to straighten them out. I am lucky I got them to load at all.

The average grade will be close to 3 with today's grading.

    Welcome to the boards!

One good reason to get your cards graded is to determine (for potential buyers) authenticity of the cards. 1963,s got recolored corners at times.

Grading fees will eat up a large portion of the value of those cards though and eBay fees and shipping supplies will take about an additional 20%.

A $50.00 sale of a graded card will net you about $20.00.

I would grade the Clemente for sure! PSA 4's can fetch $300.00 and yours looks well centered.

Good luck with the process, whatever you decide.

I would grade the Rose and maybe Clemente. Then consign the raw to Greg Morris.

If sending to Greg Morris I’d even save the grading cost on those 2. Psa is gona charge like 150 just for the rose. Just send all raw to gm(I hope I didn’t put gm under the scope for a take over)

    Yup.

  • Agree - grade Rose and maybe Clemente.

    Otherwise keep them raw.

Rose is often faked so online buyers will be wary of raw.

Others are not high grades - so save the 6 month wait and grading fees if you want to sell.

  • Thank you for your opinions on my different options. I hadn't thought of Greg Morris and am checking out his site. I'm going to go through my '62s and '64s also to see if I have enough card values for his minimum. One excellent point is getting the cards graded or going through GM. I have no doubt the cards are authentic because I've had them for over 60 years, but how many people/dealers have heard that line before! I will probably put all the commons and low condition cards in a box and put them all on CL for $20.
I appreciate your assistance and will probably be back with more questions.
    Thanks....

    Just curious.

On the lower right end of the Rose RC - is that a dent?
