Bay Bridge Silver Commem fans might like this one

My Gettysburg post has dropped off the first page so I thought it would be ok to post another.

For me, 2025 will go down as my best year ever for collecting. I have posted some of the finds (1838C HE one of 4 known, 1839D QE, almost 20 Gold Bean Mercs, many Rattlers and Commems) but that is just the tip of the 2025 iceberg. It looks like 2026 may be even better as some coins will arrive in the next few months. This is such an amazing hobby to be a part of.

This Bay Bridge is a Gold Bean and a Top Pop 1 of 3. For me it has it all and was a must own. I feel extremely fortunate to have obtained this beauty. The surfaces look outstanding and the toning adds to the originality. I hope you enjoy.

I like it. It looks like it has great surfaces. You have had a spectacularly productive year and I don't see that slowing down soon.

Nice example with the bells and whistles.

I’m not big on the silver commems, but I’ve always liked this design in particular, although I sold the one I owned awhile back.

Thanks @pcgscacgold. I don't know why, but I've just found a new appreciation for these classic commens, and I have fallen for this series. Some wonderful designs and low mintages keep me in the game. Zack

Stunning example of a coin that is way under appreciated and undervalued especially in high grade.

I’ve always loved the reverse design of the Bay Bridge commem, but there was always something off with me about the bear on the obverse. He sort of looks part bear, part lion, and part baboon in the head/face to me! 🙃
