I'm not sure I would describe it as great, but the 1991 David Lawrence book is free online at the NNP, and it includes the major varieties with good photos.

NGC Variety Plus is also helpful. It shows 6 varieties with photos.

Its a start 👍
I know you are looking for online but I haven't found much there. I have the Kevin Flynn reference book on Barber Dimes on my computer. Amazon offers copies of "The Kevin Flynn Authorative book On Barber Halves" for around $60 dollars. They had 2 copies left when I looked in November. No matter what , good luck with your collecting.
