Is this worth to get graded?

No, it's a very common wheat cent worth no more than a few cents. There may be a small die chip, but they are very common and add no value. By the time you bought a PCGS membership to get grading privileges, pay for grading, shipping and insurance both ways, you would spend well over $100. Professional grading is a great thing, but is best left for key date or valuable coins that are heavily counterfeited, high grade coins with a big price difference between grades, or to get matching high grades for a collection.
It is a nice album filler but certainly not worth the money getting graded.
It has two small die chips which are not considered errors and add no value.
In the future, please do not add screen shots, they are too pixilated to see fine detail.
