Genuine slab?

I’m pretty sure I asked this 20+ years ago on this forum, but is this a real “slab” or a prototype-slab?

It’s sealed in plastic, has an assigned grade, has a very number (albeit handwritten), and lists the “guaranteeing” entity.
Are there any slab collectors that would pay more for this than if it were raw?

    Howdy Shiro!

Looks like a dealer's flip to me that is sealed in such a way to prohibit tampering. Others will no doubt know more.

It’s neither a genuine nor a fake slab, just a sealed dealer’s flip.

I’m sure it was marketed to my relative as a certified investment-grade coin by AIC back in the 1970s or 80s. 🙂
