"Report a Cert" feature

Does anyone know how exactly I can access the "Report a Cert" feature as suggested by PCGS in their attached response to my appeal for help? So when I login on the website and go to the Set Registry section, what do I do next to get to this "Report a Cert" feature?! Please help :'(

Hello, yes when logged into the registry click on sets. Then in the column under my sets click on the set you which to report the cert. Once you click on the set scroll down a little to the section that says items in set composite. right there you'll see an option that says report a cert that should match this composite. Hope that helps

I got a chopmarked trade dollar which apparently did not count for Complete US Type Set. Submitted the request in early December, got the notice I could add last night, and it still doesn't work. The e-mail they provided to follow up also doesn't work.
What is the current wait time?
My 20th Century Gold Major Design Type Set ---started : 11/17/1997 ---- completed : 1/21/2004
More than a month; 36 days in my example above.
I also helped a friend submit a request on 11/8 which was not added until 12/19 so that is 41 days.
