MS69.
SWAG, I haven't learned to grade by sight yet...
Llamas and alpacas are camels. They aren't like camels, or related. They are camels. When was anyone going to tell me this?! How long had Bill Nye been holding out on us?
How does the stuff going on on the reverse rim above STATES impact grade? PR69, PR68? Certainly that wouldn't be permitted on a 70, right?
Collector, occasional seller
The surfaces and devices look perfect. Are the scrapes on the rims mint made? Do they affect the grade? If so, I'd give it a 68 or so, otherwise, it's a 70.

Looks like she ate some chilli dogs before going for her walk.
69
Definitely not a 70. Marks on obverse and reverse. PR68
That is a nasty yellow toned milk spot forming which is only going to increase in size. Not to mention the smaller water spot mark shown in the proof field of the dress.
67 at best, and this coin might as well hit the melt bucket
I’m gonna add that I did not look at the mintmark originally, so I take back the melt it portion of my guess. It is a shame though.
It's impossible to accurately grade a modern high-grade proof from just a photograph but I'll guess it's a PF69.

A funny coin to host a GTG, for historically there are only two options to choose from 69 or 70. 50% chance at being correct. Maybe there is a catch or unexpected result.

Proud follower of Christ!
I'm going to guess it's a PR68. For bonus points I will also guess cert# 47023042
That was not cool ⇈
Okay, I'll play...
Looks absolutely gorgeous! With all the usual caveats that you can't grade from a photo or a computer screen, I'd guess PF-68.

OK, I am confused, is there visible milk spotting? If so, would the grade matter?!
Besides for academic purposes.
She had five more chili dogs that day....
Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.
I remember there being discussion at the time that these would not age well; the milk spots were fairly common.
Anyone have there's handy for fresh pics??
If you guessed PCGS PR68, you guessed correctly! Thanks for playing, y'all!

And I agree with the rim damage issue. I don’t find it tolerable. Even if it doesn’t degrade the grading. I had a Palladium Eagle that was graded PCGS70 I sent back to APMEX. and they quickly sent me a better and cleaner version with no rim damage.
Goes to show you that even in the 70 grade, there are differences.
There's a good chunk of 70s of this type out there that show the same rim damage as well.
Wait...my guess was actually right?!

Congratulations to those who graded it 68.
