Paul vs. Joshua
in Sports Talk
I mistakenly posted this on the trading card side. here it is for you guys
I hope those with more Boxing knowledge than I weigh in on this.
given their discrepency in weight/height as well as experience, there is no way Paul has a chance. right?
I suppose this will be the "fight" where we find out if Pauls matches are rigged, no?
I was looking at their weigh in and holy cow, a stark difference. Paul may need to jump in order to land a punch on this guy!!
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

I was going to. ask our resident boxing guru @Saint Ezzard about this
I want to. place a bet but need some insight
Will knockdowns be a thing?
For Joshua to. win by decision and both fighters to. be knocked down once it's like 5k odds
I have heard so much chatter about how all Pauls fights are rigged or they are similar to professional wrestling that i am wondering what our boxing experts think about it
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
I don't trust any of Jake Paul's dog and pony shows
Joshua could knock out Paul with his **** if he wanted to
If it goes any other way, it's fixed or at the very least there's an, ahem, "gentleman's agreement" in play
Not a doubt iny. mind it's fixed in some way, I'm just trying to gather info on how to be on the right side of it lol
if everything is on the up and up, Joshua will knock him senseless before the 1st round ends
if it's not, and i don't think it will be, he'll allow Paul to survive for a few rounds to "prove" he can hang with a legit fighter
the day Paul gets completely exposed is the day this gravy train stops rolling. all parties involved are going to do everything in their power to avoid that scenario

this was my thought too, but i wanted to defer to others more knowledgeable about the sport
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
All I can say is, if Joshua loses, he'll never live it down.
Well Joshua handled biznez
I didn't touch it, it was in too late anyways
It took a while for Joshua to catch Paul with a good shot, but he eventually caught up to him and stopped him, broke his jaw. This was the look on Paul's face right before the punch that did the deed.
Look at Paul's gums and teeth, completely bent out of shape.
The look on the ref's face was priceless.
The funny thing is, Jake Paul for the most part had been feasting on smaller opponents and brutally knocking them out for a while now. So justice was served last night.
It will be interesting to see where the Jake Paul traveling boxing circus act goes next. Is it over? Or will Paul be back? Only time will tell.
These are the X-rays from Jake Paul's emergency room visit last night, it's a double broken jaw. Brutal stuff.
I say it all the time, you step. into the ring you best be prepared
I expected this type of result from the Tyson fight
I got respect for Paul, he has got the money and doesn't need to do this but he trains instead of getting fat and lazy, no shame in losing a fight
One thing's for sure, Jake Paul got rich from all of this, he's set for life, gotta give him credit.
Easier was to make money that getting your face smashed in for a few hours.
"I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
Lucky he is not even more injured!!!
US half dollars (1839-1891) condition G04 to F15
Jake Paul reportedly made $92 million from this fight, not a bad pay day.
92 million helps the healing process lol
I would certainly take a broken jaw and bruised ego for a $92MM payday!!!
I would just have my wife puree christmas dinner and drink it through a straw!
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
On one hand it's $92MM... but... I've had my jaw wired shut and... you know... when you need to carry wire cutters around with you in case of emergency... I would still take the money but... I didn't think I would ever feel bad for Jake Paul.
Paul is a douchebag extraordinaire but has been a brilliant organizer of a business venture
it truly is remarkable how he's cleverly lured untold millions into caring what he does inside a boxing ring
i wonder if anyone who has ever ponied up for one his clown shows later had a moment of clarity and thought to themselves, "what am i doing?"
I've been lucky, I avoided a broken jaw numerous times, a buddy got suckered and had his jaw broken before, absolutely nothing nice about it
I don't feel bad for anyone paying a healable price for 92 million lol
i broke a jaw in a car wreck once . Lost 25 pounds
Take that ozempic
