Copper 1/4 what?? Help needed!

Trying to identify this copper piece. Identifier apps show Columbian or Venezuelan but don't match. I can't seem to find it.
Any help is appreciated!

Being so crude, it’s probably some kind of token, such as a hacienda token or similar.
You might have some luck with the book Latin American Tokens by Russ Rulau (Krause Publications). Of course that is if it’s Latin American, which isn’t a given.
