Found this at the grocery store this morning. Paid with cash and received change that included cents. No rounding in either direction. Who is declaring the shortage? Peace Roy

No rounding, and plenty of 2025s around me.
Haven't seen that big of a difference around here either
I've seen rounding at probably 50% of the stores I've been to.
The local convenience store in my neighborhood has been rounding since 2020

No major change here yet. No rush, I guess. It will happen slow, until it happens FAST!

I picked this up at the thrift shop—

Been seeing more and more signs at stores about rounding or using exact change. I think the mc donalds down from me this am had a sign explaining the rounding exactly depending on ending cent amount
