Any thought on how to free these coins?

I have these 4 coins and might want to free them from these soft plastic holders. I don't know how to remove the coins without possibly causing damage to these coins. Has anyone ever dealt with this type of soft plastic air tight holder.
Your thoughts are welcomed. Thanks for any assistance in this matter.

They look like Kointains holders to me, still being sold. I used to use them before I switched to Airtite holders. I never had any issues damaging the coins I put in them. I found they came apart pretty easy. Just used to slip my nail on the overlap part and pull.

Can't believe that I haven't got back to @johnjohn10. I did do what you suggested and you were absolutley right. I was able to free Able from the holder and it was not really that hard either. Sorry I did not post this earlier. This is a great example of someone answering the question and it worked out great. This Q&A forum is really great and the member that try to help other members is just fantastic. Thanks again. Jon

Now on to the basement graded coins. Freeing those are even tougher to break into. GL.
