@anthonythecoinman these are colloquially called Parral Pesos and they are almost always weakly struck (actually, from very shallow dies). RevMex expert Joe Flores has postulated a very logical explanation for this fact. He thought that the finished die had a multitude of concentric circles (from the lathe) making the coin look ugly, so they polished the dies to remove them lowering the relief causing what we see as a weak strike.

The H in H del Parral stands for Hidalgo. As in Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico.
