1921 Peace Dollar Struck Thru?
Hello, im a new member here. I have been collecting silver coins for about 4 years now. I found a 1921 Peace dollar at a local shop in the bin going for scrap price. It's pretty worn, but looks like it may have been struck thru on the obverse on the neck and on the reverse off to the left. Curious on what people think, or is this just post mint damage?

Reverse definitely looks like PMD, and I'd assume the obverse is, too, perhaps smoothed a bit as the coin was worn down.
Looks like a counterstamp to me.
Any 1921 P$1 for scrap price is a good buy IMO.

Damaged. Looks like someone playing around with a punch.

PMD.
Thanks for the input, I figured it was, but for scrap price I figured it was worth it to pick it up.
Would make a good pocket piece.
21 that's seen a few hard days at work.
Killer find at that price!
