"problem order"
Hi, I was hoping someone here could help me. I've got an order at PSA for grading. It has been in the QA Checks stage for a while. I just went in to check the status and it says "problem order, a PSA representative will call you. I was hoping it was an issue with valuation if a card was graded higher than I anticipated, but these are new (2024) cards and don't have a SMR (??) value, unless they have some other way of placing a value on them. Anyway, now I'm worried that I may have a damaged card. I was hoping that someone here has encountered the same situation and can help me out as I'm kinda freaking out about this. Thanks!

Most likely an upcharge email coming.
That would be great news. Any idea how they get the value for the cards? I noticed that these cards aren't in their price guide.
