Need help authenticating a 2008/09 Manchester United Team Signed Shirt - Questionable COA

Hello everyone, I need the community's expert opinion on this piece.

The Item:
This is a Manchester United 2008/09 Home Shirt (AIG sponsor, 07/08 Premier League Champions patches) signed by the full squad. I purchased it on eBay in 2009 from a seller named "worldwide-autographs".

My Situation:
I've had the shirt for 15 years and love it, but I'm now questioning the authenticity, mainly because of the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) that came with it.

My Questions for the Experts:

  1. The Signatures: Based on the photos, do the key signatures (Ronaldo, Giggs, Rooney, Van der Sar, etc.) look consistent with authentic examples from the 2008-2009 period? Do you see any obvious red flags?
  2. The COA: The certificate was issued by the seller themselves. Does anyone recognize this specific style of COA, the hologram, or the lot number (LOT- 4383727)? Is this COA known to be associated with fake memorabilia?

I know the COA is a "Seller COA" and has little value, but I'm hoping the signatures themselves are genuine. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
