Problems with BCW Plastic Card Storage Pages

I ordered and received a pack of 50 of the BCW LaserWeld 20-Pocket Tobacco Card Pages. I was going to switch my T cards and smaller sets to new pages since the old ones were starting to age. Started on the first page, got to the bottom row only to notice that there were no openings in the first 4 rows. I could get a fingernail under the top of the 5th row to the right, but not any of the others. Soooo, had to take my cards out that I'd already put in (never a good idea to handle more than necessary) and send them back to Amazon. Hopefully the replace package will be OK.

I've used BCW pages for a long time. They are the only pages I've used for the last few years due to their reputation and usually good products. Anyone else having issues with these pages?

These are not inexpensive cards and I want to give them the best storage possible.
