Confederate One Cent Restrike

I assume this is a restrike. My friend asked that I research this coin, which was found in a roll of Civil War patriotic tokens.
Any information would be appreciated. 
Collector of Victoria, Edward VII, George V and George VI Canadian; and most anything U.S. I am currently looking for early Lincolns, raw in XF or better.

It's not even a restrike. It's a souvenir fantasy piece.
Souvenir piece makes prefect sense. The planchet has a bit of texture to it, to make it look old.

Yes, the restrikes were struck with cancelled dies.
That's probably just poor craftsmanship. Could be cast.
