The HHL for the Congratulations Set has been changed to 1, was previously 3.

It will. Until they cut you back to the current HHL when the order actually goes into processing. This is not the first time they have reduced HHLs on items offered by subscription.
Don't get excited. You will only be able to buy 1 per account if the HHL is 1 when they go on sale, whether by subscription or surviving the waiting room.
Right, that is what happened with the AWQ 3 roll sets in the first year or two.

They sure do. The HHLs are also enforced automatically.
The mint sure went all out for 2026 with 4 total products. I have never seen such such creative coins in all my years.
That's just January. You are going to hate the sheer number of different issues next year.
