WTB: MS-64 FBL Franklin .. plus a story

Earlier this year while visiting New York, I went into the Stacks and Bower's storefront. I didn't know before this that they even had a physical location there. I wanted to buy something from them, but they didn't have much in the shop - I settled on a 1959-D MS-64 FBL Franklin. As I was talking with them, I mentioned I always liked this coin and it might be fun to try and collect this with each coin from a different dealer - sort of a fun way to remember travels to different shops and shows. A collection of coins and stories, if you will.
Along that line, I'd like to source one of those coins here on the BST Forum. Beside the coin, I'm looking to add a story to my "collection." If you have an MS-64 FBL Franklin in either PCGS or CACG you'd like to sell, tell me a little about the coin, your interest in the series, or your collecting interest in general. As far as the coin, I'd like to get a nice white coin, ideally with a solid strike. Still need most of the dates - so far I only have 1948, 1948-D, 1952-S, 1957-D, and 1959-D.

WACoinGuy, I very much admire your addition of this humanist dimension to your collection. I wish I had one for you, but I have nothing in FBL. I look forward to seeing a family photo of your acquisitions when you complete the set.

I have nothing to offer but I appreciate the story and like your plan. Good luck!

I have a pcgs 1959 ms64 fbl it is white. It does have a small toning spot in the S in states on the reverse. I removed it from a mint set along with a 1959-D. I sent the pair in about 23 years ago the 59-d graded ms65 fbl but the 1959 graded ms64 fbl. I still have both. I would sell the 1959 for $40. if interested.
Thanks washman, PM sent!
