If those aren't cleaning hairlines, MS61. VAM 190

Thinking VAM 190, but I'd like to see "In God" to confirm. The reverse has a patch of hairlines above the eagle's right wing that passes over the motto and therefore looks like a wipe. That might prevent a grade. Otherwise, I see AU58.
