What exactly are you uncertain about that leads you to ask this question?
inexperienced person asking if it is N-13 or what. the original title was n-9. so there is some help needed
N13.
It has a “club top 2” in the date, so that quickly narrows it down to N10-14.
It has Reverse M, so that makes it N13.
It is Die State B, with the advanced die breaks on the obverse.
This is a very common Randall hoard variety, but looks to be a very pleasing example.
