A Random Coin Photo Thread

I used to post some of my images over in the testing forum, but as time has gone on I've amassed a good chunk of experimental images that I don't really post anywhere. I can see myself adding stuff as time passes too.
I figured this could be a cool thread idea, and feel free to post your own random coin images as well.

Great group of coins right there....I want all of them! Even your experiments are top-quality!
Hail the gift of memory in this fifty-second state. Who sold me down the river and shafts me while he waits. Outside the gates of Eden, star spangled and so late.

I made this poster back in 2005, and we had it at the ANA in SF that year to advertise the launch of TrueView. There wasn’t much interest in TrueView upon its launch, and we actually stopped advertising the service for a few years. My main task was building our image archive for a while. Then the service started to take off, mainly because I got better at shooting coins.

I wish a show would have a photographer there available to take photos for me.
Coins are mine, purse was my wife's grandmothers'.
A screen capture of my online portfolio that I made back in 2005. It’s what landed me my gig at PCGS.

Your photography skills are stunning! You should teach the class at ANA Summer Seminar!
I appreciate the compliment! No one has ever asked me to teach at the seminar, but I don't know if I would be able to with how my schedule shakes out.

All this talk about the 2025 Omega cents had me digging around for a few of my modern coins. I forgot some of these really did look nice, and I was glad I still had them.
The Reverse Proofs were my old favorites, and were what got me seriously into collecting. I wish they weren't so common these days. The 2014-W half was one of those first few RP coins that seemed like a major rarity to a kid.

Some fun shots I took at the ANA in 2018. I used those for the PCGS instagram account, which I briefly handled from the late spring to fall of that year.
