does anybody know how much it costs to send a coin to cac for stickering not for grading just the green sticker?

That's the easy part - the costs. Now you need to find someone that you trust to get your coins to CAC for an evaluation. fyi.
A local coin dealer might submit them for you.
Have no idea if a CAC "submission center" is geographically close to the OP, but here is a list of authorized dealers.
