When does PSA add new inductees to the baseball registry

Hi, can anyone please let me know when PSA adds new inductees to the Hall of fame to the registry? I’ve called the registry phone number and no one ever answers. Richie Allen was inducted, just for an instance, but yet has not been added to the registry! I have 9’s and 10’s to be added.
