1st PCGS Special label? 1996 ASE 10th anniversary

I was reading an article on CoinWeek's site and a paragraph caught my eye...
"PCGS operations manager Anibal Almieda recalls that PCGS made a commemorative label in 1996 for the 10th anniversary of the American Silver Eagle."

Has anyone seen this label? Based on the date, this would be the Gen3 green holder...
