2018-D Roosevelt Dime class IX.
So I would like to ask a question before I go through the pain staking trouble to post photos.
I have to hold a ten power up to the camera and you get it. So I found this 2018-D it's a D, Iknow. It has very close doubling with separation and split seriffs. I have found quite a few DD's over the years, but this one's got me stumped. I have been trying to find any information on PERIPHERAL DOUBLING I can. Error-ref is about the only good explanation I could find, I read Coneca's as well. The problem I'm having is the lines of separation are perfectly straight. That's were my explanation goes sideways. I can't find anything that says the lines can be straight. Then I thought maybe class II but there's no doubling towards the rim or the center. So I'm hoping someone will tell me it's ok to have perfectly straight separation lines. And that means I do have a peripheral doubled die. Any thoughts on the subject. I know they say it's nothing short of a miracle to find one, especially with a D. So I'm hoping all of you with way more experience, will chime in and tell me how and why I'm wrong, besides the straight lines. And thanks for the input. I'm hoping you'll shoot it down and I won't have to try and post photos.

No, we don't.
No.
You're welcome.
Ah I'm sorry, I forgot to not make the questions to difficult. Then they won't have to make up stupid answers.
Here you go, here is one a little easier for you. Little Sally went to the corner store, and she got a candy bar and a pop. She gave the cashier three dollars, and she got back 37 cents.
When she got home, she noticed she had a dime in her change. When she sat down, with her grandma's two power magnifying glass, she noticed that she may have been given a variety.
After spending some time studying the latest edition of her favorite error and variety magazine, she decided to ask a question on the coin website.
Here's her question, is the quarter she got from her grandma for her allowance a lamination error.
HaHaHaHaHaHaHa. There ya go pompous maybe that one's not to tough for ya. Peace out
Posting all that text in your first post without any photos is a waste of everyone's time, including your own. There is no way anyone could give you a serious answer.
