New collector seeking knowledge

I have recently began stacking physical gold and silver. I’d like to know where can I take a 1993 $1 silver eagle that’s been graded with IGS at ms-70 for an appraisal?

    I'm pretty sure that just trades at bullion value, unless slab collectors place a premium on that slab.

    That is is a third tier grader so you can’t take too much stock in the MS grade..
    Right now the silver value probably is more than the numismatic value.

    knowledge you gain by experience. You can not simply find or buy it.
