What would cause coins to look like this after grading?

Sent some amazing proof Emus of for grading and they have lost their luster much yellower along with some strange marks on them coming back
What would have caused this to happen?
I just got them back today from grading
I have reached out to PCGS on this as well.

When were they graded? Did the spots appear immediately?

  • Just got them back from grading sent them in about 6 weeks ago, the first pic was the pic I took before sending them in

Look like milk spots which can occur at any time.
PCGS does not guarantee spotting of silver coins
as this is caused by contaminates on the silver
    and is beyond their control.
