1961 CSA BRONZE 1¢ bASHLOW RESTRIKE Defaced Dies

Do these hold any collector's interest or have any intrinsic value for collectors?

As I recall they were basically historical novelties decades ago when places like Littleton Coin had them in their catalog. Now, the prices would indicate that there is legitimate demand for them.
I personally have several of the bronze, one of the goldine, and one of the limited off-metal strikes, mine being the tin. All of mine are raw (for now).
A copy of a restrike of a fantasy token, if coins are tangible artifacts of history what exactly are those?

Confederate stuff always has interest from collectors. I assume the interest comes from those that enjoy Civil War history mostly, as a trinket, rather than a purely numismatic interest. Graded examples like that are probably worth between $75 - $150 somewhere.
Aren’t you familiar with auction archives? They can be your friend. https://coins.ha.com/c/search/results.zx?term=bashlow+restrike+defaced&si=2&dept=1909&archive_state=5327&sold_status=1526&mode=archive&page=200~1&sb=5&ic4=SortBy-071515

@MFeld
Thanks Mark. I did check ebay and GC, but have always had a problem with HA and Legend and such. My wording is weak, evidently. My HA search kept coming up none. But I see I needed to search under Confederate States of America and it comes up like yours. My bad. But just so you know, I am aware of auction archives, just not smart enough sometimes.

@jesbroken
Jim, I figured you were already aware of auction archives.😉
Just so you know, I didn’t even search under “Confederate States of America”. I entered “ bashlow restrike defaced” in the search box. Granted, different word and/or grade and/or designation search selections can lead to very different results.
