On the diamond to the right of her shoulder—I can guess die chip, clash, or doubled die. I found nineteen of the same in ten BU rolls.

Yeah, common problem with minting. Interesting but too minor to be of any extra value. I found a roll of 2009 nickels with 30 having the same obverse and reverse clash marks. Fun to find but no extra value.
