Help identify unknown token resembling propeller
I have a token with a propeller like design on both sides. Does this look familiar to anyone? Tried a photo search to no avail. I cannot remember where, but I believe I've seen this design before. Thanks for any guidance.

One more clue, the specimen is somewhat thin and chings like silver. Looks more like copper-nickel but sounds like silver.
It's a cartouche for engraving names. They come in all shapes.
I'll add that it appears to be a planed down coin. If you give the diameter, we probably can determine which type.

I cannot argue with the explanation that it is a cartouche for engraving names. That was my first thought, though I have never seen one like this.
That said, considering the unevenness of the impressions, I wonder if this might have been a test piece done by the person making the fancy punch.
I don't see anything that makes me think this started off as a circulating coin. I expect the diameter does not match, and that it's not made of silver either (except maybe played)
I never thought about a shaved down circulating coin. It's just slightly larger than a US Nickel. Perhaps it could be a foreign coin, in this scenario. It is indeed much thinner as shown in the photos. I only suspected it might be silver due to the color and it's familiar chink, which may be due to it's thinness.
I'd love to find another one or perhaps one already engraved should it really be a blank for names/initials.
