Hi folks; Over the years, I have managed to submit once or twice to each of PCGS, NGC, and ANACS, but until just recently, not CACG. So I cobbled together a few my better coins that I thought might be worth sending to Virginia Beach. Here are the photographic results. I have omitted the grades in case someone would prefer to meditate on those. I'll post them in a few days, but if you care not to wait, obviously there is the cert look-up. (Turnaround time was about 65 days not counting the days it took to get a registered package to CACG.) Whit

Your 42-S cent is a beauty, just outstanding color and eye appeal!

Your hobby is supposed to be your therapy, not the reason you need it.
They'd be my choice in many cases except for the turn arounds.
The CAC grades seemed fair compared to my grades:
1904 - I was one grade under the CAC grade.
1908 - I was two grades under the CAC grade. Looks like I missed on this one.
1915 D - I was one grade over the CAC grade.
1942 S - Correct
1939 D - Correct
I was not awarding plus grades.
Beautiful coins and as expected of a great TPG excellent photos! From the photos alone I would have graded them as:
1904 - MS65
1908 - MS64RB
1915D - MS64BN
1942S - MS67+RD
1939D - MS67 no FS
I checked the certs after I graded them and was surprised on the 15D.
