The raised area in the B of LIBERTY is caused by a die chip.
These are sometimes called a BIE error, because they tend to occur on the letters B, I, and E.
These are common in 1957 and 1958 wheat cents.
I found several when I was a kid.
A fun die state to find, but not valuable, because there are so many of them.
