Looking for NON PCGS/NGC/ANACS/ICG/CAC slabs for coin club presentation on slabs to be wary of

Given the size of our membership, I'd like to pick up around ten such slabs at "low cost". I am speaking of NTC, ACG, NCG, PCI or any of the numerous "third world" slabs that are out there.
These would never be offered for sale - I only need them for an upcoming presentation.... and I don't own even a single one myself .

Not expecting to be given anything, although outside of this forum, we have received some donations. To put it in perspective, we have been able to purchase legit certified coins in the $8 range pretty consistently (used for raffle prizes, door prizes and youth programs). So for basement dwellers, I would expect to pay something hopefully below full cost.
