WOW!!!
How was it shipped. If it was not registered, then why not?
Sad but will keep open eye
I have no idea personally, Doug Davis may have that information. Registered takes a long time, so probably in this case the case has been opened with the usps hence the August 13 date to now. I would never take that type of risk without full insurance. How many people regret they didn't arrange to personally deliver a high value shipment after the fact.
For that amount of value I’d seriously think about buying a RT plane ticket to deliver the notes and just make a weekend out of it…
Personal delivery the way to go in this case.
1902 $5 X464180D
Do you have a town name or charter for this note? No one really recognizes them with just the Treasury number.
Family, Neighborhood, Community,
make the World a better place.
You'd have to see if Doug Davis has them.
