High denoms lost/stolen

Location: Transit MO to Florida

A package being shipped from Missouri to Florida has been reported missing/stolen.

The package contained the following notes:

1902 $5 X464180D

1901 $10 FR122 E58428545

1929 $20 F000143A

1934 $500 FR2201 J00000611A THRU J00000620A (10 consecutive crisp uncirculated)

1928 $500 FR2200 H0027027A

1934 $500 FR2201 G00000054A

1934 $500 FR2201 B00226866A

1934 $500 FR2201 G00121723A

1934 $500 FR2201 I00000472A

1934-A $500 FR2202 J00001202* STAR NOTE

    I have no idea personally, Doug Davis may have that information. Registered takes a long time, so probably in this case the case has been opened with the usps hence the August 13 date to now. I would never take that type of risk without full insurance. How many people regret they didn't arrange to personally deliver a high value shipment after the fact.

    For that amount of value I’d seriously think about buying a RT plane ticket to deliver the notes and just make a weekend out of it…

    Do you have a town name or charter for this note? No one really recognizes them with just the Treasury number.
