Looking to buy 90 Topps foil test and 89 Franklin caramel psa 10
What’s a good price for each ?

    The last PSA10 1990 Topps foil test Griffey card reported in PSA's auction reporting tool shows it sold for $2500 in March, 2021. Prior to that, the card sold in the $110 - $156 range. There isn't any data reported for the Franklin Carmel card -- probably because it's an issue that they no longer grade.

    As for the foil test card, I have a 10, but don't recall paying anything close to that price -- and probably wouldn't offer any more than $250 - $350 for one today. (You can view auction prices realized as well as card population reports under the "Reseach" tab on PSA's home page.)
