Israel Agora 1964 to 1966

I am designing and building an album for a client for Israeli coins. For this date range in the Agora series, Krause and Numista list two separate Mints but no description on identifying which Mint made a particular coin. Can someone familiar with the type assist me in learning if there is a distinguishing factor or element?

Since multiple websites and references - not just the two you quoted - list there being two mints for those years (Berne and Tel Aviv) and since none of those sources describe any distinction in any way, I'd assume this means there are no distinguishing features and there's no functional way to tell the difference.

Your coin is slightly off-center, which was actually a common error on this type of coin because the scalloped planchets kept getting stuck in the minting presses. If you post an image of the other side I'll be able to tell you the date. This type of coin was minted over a 20 year run in various mints such as ICI, Bern, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Ottawa with no discernable features except for the date.

I appreciate the responses. I was worried there were no mint marks or privy marks and that fear is confirmed. It is disappointing knowing that there are distinct mintage figures for the separate mints and no means to properly represent the facilities.
