Help is this a DDO DDR bicentennial

Help found this in change today. Couldn't find anything similar with errors on both sides listed on vista or anywhere that resembles it. is a real DDO DDR error . Is it worth keeping, selling, grading? Any advice or thoughts needed and appreciated. Sorry for the pic drop. Didn't know which showed it all the best.

Some timeless advice from one of your posts last year:
To this I would add, forget about looking for errors and varieties, as well; just enjoy your collection (and your change) as is.
What were the results of your PCGS submission you made numerous posts on?
They're back!!!
All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.
Did you post the right pictures? You certainly have a bicentennial quarter. What do you think that DDO DDR means?
Phrased differently... when you submit coins to our host, you have to fill in the PCGS Number on the submission form. Which PCGS Number would you list for that piece, and what are the characteristics that must be present to qualify for that number?
All I see is a worn and damaged quarter worth 25 cents.
Definitely Damaged Obverse and Definitely Damaged Reverse would be the only DDR and DDO associated with this coin

Worth 25 cents.
