1938-D Buffalo Nickel Variety RPM Question

I have had two 1938-D's and this one in particular has a different MM it seems to be a RPM can anyone confirm this? Its also slanted. I can't figure out which of the two this would be considered if either.

It looks like one of the many RPM D/D but alot of them are considered minor and not worth the cost of having the variety identified.
