This has been plagued with issues from the mint. Strikethroughs, retained wire edges, die caps, packaging issues with proofs showing up in uncirculated packages. Proofs with ugly toning.

Here is mine with what looks like lamination issues. Shame as well because it's a great looking coin otherwise.

Agree with strike-through. That was a neat program by the Mint to have started and I really wish they had continued it.

Not possible to have a lamination issue with a copper plated zinc core, only happens on alloy coins. From error-ref.com:
